Eh? Clearly you´ve never been to Eastern Europe. Especially Estonia and Poland. The roads are very bumpy. It´s mainly down to poor build quality, rougher winters than Western Europe (freezing and defrosting wrecks roads) and in Poland´s case very high load on the roads. Every other vehicle in there seems to be a huge truck.
And if you want examples of really bad roads. Look at this "highway" in Russia. (Ok, Russia may be evil but it´s still relatively developed compared to most Asian, African and South American countries.)
The thread title was "Lewis Hamilton is world champion!!!!!!". And it didn´t spoil anything to me. I watched the race live. I was just thinking about others who didn´t see it live.
Personally:
- Ice Hockey
- Basketball
- American Football
- Baseball
In Estonia in general though the most popular sport (not just out of these four) is basketball. Somewhere a lot further back is ice-hockey. It hasn´t really caught on because there aren´t many icerinks here and it´s generally considered to be a "violent Russian-sport". American football and baseball are very very rarely played.
Marlboro, Kent, Philip Morris are the most expensive commonly smoked cigs and they cost £2. I smoke L&M which is about £1,5. There are cheaper one´s too but they taste funky. And the price recently went up. Before that they were half a pound cheaper.
So what do you do when someone bums you for fags? Tell them to piss off?
I wouldn´t call anyone who spends £10 on smokes when he´s out a "hardly-smoker". I don´t know how much cigarettes cost in UK but around here you could get 5-10 packs depending on which one´s you go for. 20 cigs in a pack, 5 packs, 100 cigarettes. Nicotine poisoning ahoy. Actually if you think about it. Smoking a fag takes, lets say on average about 5 minutes. That´s 12 an hour. To go through a 100 you´d need to be smoking the whole day.
Very very weird and pointless poll options. You seem to have put only the bands you like in there. Also they all seem to rock bands. There are other music styles out there too you know. And come on... Outworld? I´ve never heard of them in my life and that alone means they couldn´t be the best group ever.
I have nothing against Hamilton. However his fans are the most annoying there are and the constant media hype gets on my nerves as well. Maybe I´m a petty person but in my eyes that dislike then goes on to Hamilton.
Most immature - drifters. I´m not saying all of them but there are some who bring down the reputation of all.
Weirdest - cruisers. I don´t really understand what the charm of cruising is but what ever floats your boat.
Most cocky - definitely racers. All of that "LFS is a serious RACING sim" and the drifters, cruisers, rallycrossers, etc should hide in their hole. Most of the annoying LFS fanboys seem to be racers as well. And let´s not forget Tristan. He´s a racer.
There´s a saying in Estonian "Igaüks mõtleb oma rikutuse astmelt", which is roughly translated as "Everyone thinks the way how corrupted their mind is". Guess my mind is just not used to seeing racism in every possible place.
The fact is that there are so few black people living in Estonia (and I would imagine in Hungary too) that I haven´t got first hand experience with racism. In fact I don´t know any black guys. Here the Estonian word for "n*****", which is "neeger" is commonly used. And it´s not meant as an insult. There was a lawsuit for "insulting" someone with that word and the court decided that in the Estonian language the word "neeger" is not an insult. If a black guy walks down the street around here old ladys might stare and talk amongst themselves "oh look, a neeger" but they don´t mean anything bad with it. It´s just that black guys are rare around here and maybe they´ve never seen one before. However in Estonian the word for "black" ("must") also means "dirty", which is in my mind more offensive to use.
Anyway got a bit off topic. My point is that in different places of the world there are different ways and customs. Around here calling someone a "chocolate dude" is not insulting. Töki obviously didn´t mean anything bad with that phrase. I´d hate to be told that "I hope you and your family burn alive and/or get tortured you racist ****" when I accidentally use some phrase that someone somewhere finds offensive.
Someone please explain to me how the heck calling someone a "chocolate dude" is offensive? Don´t give me that "it´s a cheap racist comment" dribble. Explain why.
The way I see it, it´s just a description of his skin. The same as "look at that blond girl over there". If you guys think calling him a "chocolate dude", which essentially is calling him a black guy (which he is), is offensive then who´s the real racist?
You guys remind me of this guy. Except he´s a funny parodist. You´re not.
Example 1: Hamilton is a stupid, fat, ugly, smug, cocky, disgusting, untalented, incest bastard who should quit F1 and go hang himself.
Reaction on this forum:
Example 2: Probably Kimi will do the same that the chocolate dude did in Japan.
Reaction on this forum: Omg, wtf, what a racist dickhead c**t!!!!
This seeing racism in every single word or action has got absolutely ridicilous.
